Members are taking an interest in and planning for their retirement at an earlier age. Whether you plan on retiring within the next year, or not for many years, it is important to keep up to date with your standing in the Pension Plan. The best way to do that is to read your Annual Statement. For more information on the Annual Statement, please choose that option from the menu at left.
Every year, the Pension Plan generates annual statements for 60,000 members, but each year almost one third of those statements are not delivered because we have no address on file for the member or they are returned because the address we have is out of date. If you have not been receiving an Annual Statement from us each summer, please contact us to check the address we have on file for you. The Forms button in the menu above includes an Address or Name Change form you can print out and send in.
Our Pension Analysts and Counsellors are reachable by phone, fax, email or regular mail to answer questions about the status of your pension, your options when you retire, what to do if you break service in the plan, or how a divorce can affect your pension.
