The 2012 Annual Pension Statements will be mailed this month. This statement provides you with the information we currently have on file and reflects both the FUNDED and UNFUNDED HOURS reported by your employing company for the previous previous year. The statement also provides you with your estimated monthly pension at age 65. Statements are generated for both ACTIVE and INACTIVE members of the Plan.
Please ensure that the information reported is accurate and up to date.
Included with your Annual Pension Statement is a copy of our Summary Annual Report 2012 for your review.

The 2012 T4A forms have now been mailed out. If did not receive your T4A form, please contact the Plan office and ensure that we have your correct mailing address.
Attached below are illustrations of these forms, required for filing your Canada Revenue Agency Income Tax Return. If you have any questions about the amounts show on your form, please contact the Plan office.
